It has increased the efficiency of the users as well as time management has been easier. Customer satisfaction level has raised and problems are solved easily and accurately. Whole the process of functioning has been much easier increasing the productivity of the business. Time saving for both customers and the agents is the most important thing that has been facilitated by the wireless Mobile Application.
There are certain limitations as well to the use of wireless Mobile Applications. Without high speed internet facilities this service cannot be used. So organizations tend to develop software that includes all the functions of organization and which is as per the need of the organization.
